We have a dedicated merchandising team for each client or brand & the team works closely with our clients from sourcing, price negotiation, order placement, and order fulfilment to shipping.

Design & Product Development

We have a separate design department that offers design projects. The designers create designs according to customer requirements and develop new designs in line with current market trends to offer to customers.

Our design and product development team stays abreast of the latest fashion trends, techniques, and innovations. It passes this knowledge on to our customers.

Our team analyzes international fashion forecasts and creates mood boards to predict upcoming trends and anticipate them for quick sourcing. We are also very active in finding solutions and alternatives to lower the price offered while maintaining the desired look.

We conduct thorough trend forecasting and market analysis, quickly translate customer requests into designs, offer sustainable product and fabric options, and ensure product development and customization.

Production & Quality Assurance

Kwirfy Exim LLP, an apparel  & home textile sourcing company in India, promises to deliver the product at a competitive price, with the right quality, and at the right time. We monitor and conduct inspections at various stages to maintain and ensure the quality of the products as per our customer’s AQL level and quality standards. Based on the quality standards of our customers, we create a separate quality manual and SOP for strict follow-up.

A qualified team oversees all stages of the manufacturing process, from sourcing raw materials to production, finishing, and packaging, ensuring transparency between manufacturers and customers.

To deliver products of the right quality, we focus on two key areas: prevention and control. Prevention falls under the responsibility of our Quality Assurance (QA) team, while the control aspect is managed by our Quality Control (QC) team.

Cost Re-engineering Support

We select the most suitable factory to fulfil the customer’s products and quality, keeping cost in mind. We always offer our customers a DTC (Design to Cost) proposal if the styling expected by the customer does not meet the targeted FOB price. Without major styling changes, our product development team offers DTC to achieve the expected target prices.

As part of the re-engineering process, our Industrial Engineering Team always analyzes SMV, productivity, efficiency, and production layout to get better value from production.

Audits & Compliance Support

Our production network is based on compliance, and we guarantee our customers that their goods are produced in factories where workers’ rights are respected.

We have our own Compliance Department that constantly evaluates the factories and provides them with mandatory follow-up improvements ( CAP). We constantly strive to improve the working conditions, safety, and benefits of the workers. This is made possible by a long-term partnership with our clients and manufacturers.

Our partners follow international standards and codes of conduct, such as BSCI, Accord, Alliance, Wrap, ICS, SEDEX, GOTS, OCS, RCS, etc., and update certifications regularly based on our customers’ needs.

Shipping & Logistics Support

Kwirfy Exim LLP can provide a one-stop service for logistics from the factory to our customer’s warehouse. We have carefully selected a world-class freight forwarder, and C&F can provide you with this unique door-to-door logistics service.

It goes without saying that Kwirfy is also happy to work with any freight forwarder and C&F agent selected by the customer. Our logistics staff will work closely with both the forwarder and the factory to ensure that the goods are delivered without any problems.

Our logistics staff will also ensure that all export documents, such as commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and certificates of origin, are forwarded from factories to the customer in a timely manner.

Our quality inspections are performed according to the international standard for quality control. Our mission is to provide them with authentic, natural, and accurate information on their production and order based on on-site observation.

We are able to send an inspector anywhere in India to your factory within 48H and return to you an inspection report within 24H. Our dedicated team will become a part of your team. It will work closely with you to provide properly defined projects, including specific goals, milestones, agendas, status reports and action items to ensure you have the tools at your fingertips to make the decisions you need for your Company.

We’re able to source fabrics from all over the world, so just let us know what exactly you require.

Our average sampling lead time based on local material is 15 to 20 days & overseas material it will be 30 to 40 days.

Our average productions lead time based on local material 10 to 12 weeks after PO RCVD date. For carryover styles it will be 7 to 9 weeks. For overseas material it will be 15 to 18 weeks but for carryover it’s 11 to 13 weeks. Besides the above lead time we have managed Salesman samples (SMS) or marketing samples within 6 to 7 weeks as well.

  • Irrevocable and Transferable LC (Letter of Credit) at sight payment.
  • Irrevocable and Transferable LC (Letter of Credit) at sight but differed 30-90 days. This Case LC clause must have the options as parties can get advance payment after deducting % form the Negotiating Bank.
  • 50% advance T.T during order closed and 50% at the date of Goods ready based on final inspections report or Before Ex-mill.
  • DP Sights are allowed.
  • No DA Payment Allowed
  • No deferred LC payments are allowed if there are no negotiating potions.

Yes, all  our factories are fully compliant with ISO, EKO, GOTS, SEDEX, OCS etc standards.
